The call announced to Carolina Pereira, then an executive secretary of Creative Industries at the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage as a special guest with restraint from Stavros Mosjos. He also introduced the magics Roberto Mansilla, Hernan Maccagno, German Arciniegas, Jean Paul Olhaberry, Bruno Tarnecci and Luis Albornoz.
