An encounter with InnovaPlast waste collectors

During its visit to Bolivia, Fundación Atacamagica shared two illusionism performances with women working in grassroots recycling through InnovaPlast and waste recovery initiatives. The event brought an artistic experience to workers whose daily labor forms part of the circular economy.

The performances offered a pause to take part, look at things differently and share a sense of wonder. The encounter brought together two fields that are often kept apart in cultural programming: materials recovery and artistic creation. For the Foundation, it was a chance to bring illusionism into a community workplace and meet its participants directly.
