Cultural intervention at Arco Iris Hospital
A mission activity brought an experience of illusionism to Iris Arco Hospital.
The cultural mission in Bolivia included an artistic intervention at the Arco Iris Hospital at La Paz. The activity, presented under the name "The art of transformed realities," brought resources from illusionism to a space shared with children, adolescents and health personnel.
The proposal was part of a more comprehensive agenda of cultural and training meetings. At the hospital, magic art offered an opportunity to look at, participate and talk from surprise, adapting the experience to a place different from an entertainment room. The visit allowed them to share an artistic activity with those who were in that space and to bring creation to public outside the usual cultural circuits.
