Employment skills.

The Plan de Empleabilidad of Kinross La Coipa sought to strengthen the capacities of Colla communities to have access to employment opportunities. It was developed as part of the company's relationship with indigenous communities linked to its operation.

The Foundation's role

Plan design and development.

The Foundation developed the Plan de Empleabilidad for Colla communities with links to La Coipa during 2022. The work combined diagnosis, training and co-ordination with institutions to strengthen employment access capabilities.
